By accessing or using the SignForge application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is constituted between you and QwickSpark India Services LLP. If you do not consent to any of these terms, please terminate your usage of this platform immediately.

2. App Services & License

SignForge grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform, customize details, integrate marketing ad banners, and export high-fidelity compliant HTML signatures. As a free platform, QwickSpark reserves the right to modify, update, limit, or discontinue any template profiles, design color pickers, or core services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When utilizing our customizable inputs (including phone numbers, logo assets, websites, and office locations), you guarantee that:

  • The entered details are accurate, current, and belong to your organization or you have explicit rights to write them.
  • The uploaded brand logos, image URLs, or promotional banners do not infringe on any third-party trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
  • You will not use the app to distribute phishing data, spam, or malicious email signature scripts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

"SignForge is provided 'as is' and 'as available' with no explicit or implied warranties of any kind. QwickSpark India Services LLP does not guarantee that signature templates will render identically in older, legacy, or deprecated email clients. Use of this application is entirely at your own risk."

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or actions arising from the usage of SignForge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where Qwicspark India Services is registered.

6. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically to align with continuous SaaS integrations. Continued usage of our signature generation workspace following any terms updates represents your binding agreement to the amended version.
